This tour is 17 km long with 390 meters of elevation gain. It isn't technically difficult apart from an uphill along a dirt road just after the village of Levizzano and it is suitable for all riders.
It takes place only on dirt or asphalt roads, far from traffic and completely immersed in nature.
The tour starts from the historic center of Castelvetro (you can park at the sports center) and you are immediately immersed in the beautiful vineyards in front of you.
From here the road begins to climb until you reach the castle in Levizzano, where you can stop and visit the adjacent Napoleonic cemetery.
Restarting, the path continues an easy downhill for several hundred meters and then climbs again for a steep uphill that will take you to Via Spagna. (In the event of rain or if it has recently rained, this road is not feasible, we therefore advise you to continue straight following Via Buricchi).
Following Via Spagna for about 2 km you will arrive at the Santuario di Puianello, a pilgrimage destination for all of Italy, here the panorama is beautiful and on clear days you can clearly see the Venetian Prealps and the Euganean Hills.
The return to Castelvetro travels along a beautiful asphalt road with hairpin bends that will take you back to the starting point completely relaxed and with your eyes full of beauty.
